Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is the ancient Indian art of hands on healing reintroduced to the world in the 19th century by a Japanese monk called Dr. Mikao Usui. Rei means “Spirit or Spiritual” and ki is the “Universal life energy force”. In Reiki the healing energy is allowed to flow through us, we act as a conduit through which this energy is passed on to another individual.
